As a software developer for this wonderful industry, we believe it’s important to stay engaged with our users and have a deep understanding of their processes on the work floor.
Although Florisoft as an organization has a good grasp of the ins and outs of the floriculture industry, this is not the case for all our employees. Many of them are experts in software development but have limited direct experience with the actual processes.
The visit provided insight into the various logistical processes and challenges our users face daily. It was not only educational but also impressive to see how companies in our sector distinguish themselves through efficiency and innovation, with each business showcasing its unique strengths.
