Emergency service number

The possibility to use the emergency service number is included in the maintenance contract or SaaS agreement. There are conditions attached for using the emergency service number. You can find these conditions in our General terms and conditions or request them via the reception of Florisoft.

In case you use the emergency service outside the usual conditions, costs will be charged. Calls to the emergency service number may only be made by one of the registered contacts.
