Send digital invoices in UBL format with Florisoft

We’ve recently developed a new feature: the ability to send digital invoices in UBL (Universal Business Language) format.

Why UBL?

In several European countries, sending digital invoices in UBL format is mandatory. The UBL (Universal Business Language) standard plays a crucial role in automating invoice processing. The advantage of using UBL is that there are no interpretation discrepancies. All invoice data is directly extracted from the technical XML document, ensuring that the invoice is always fully and correctly displayed.

Now that sending UBL invoices directly from Florisoft .Net is possible, the involvement of an external provider is no longer necessary. This offers several benefits, such as the ability to provide in-house support without relying on a third party. This functionality is available through the E-Invoice Server module. For other types of e-invoices, such as Peppol, you will still need to use an external provider. For this integration, the External E-Invoice Providers module is available.
