At Florisoft, we are always looking for ways to support our users even better and faster. That’s why we’re especially excited about the development of our new AI assistant, Kai. The AI assistant has been specifically designed to answer in-depth Florisoft-related questions, so you can quickly get the information you need and continue your work without delay.

AI or Support?

Despite its many benefits, we don’t see Kai as a replacement for our support department, but as an additional layer of assistance. AI can accelerate and support many tasks, but for complex situations and personal advice, the expertise of our support specialists remains essential. In addition, we also believe that maintaining personal contact with our users is essential to building lasting partnerships.

How does it work?

For you as a user, the process hardly changes. You can submit your question digitally to our helpdesk via support@florisoft.nl or through the new ticket portal. Your question will be processed and screened by our AI assistant, after which there are three possible outcomes:

 

  1. Automatic reply (within 10 minutes)
    Your question is answered automatically by the AI assistant via email.

  2. Manual review due to potentially sensitive information*
    A support specialist checks your question. Once approved, you will still receive an automatic answer from the AI assistant. During office hours, this will be within two hours.

  3. No AI answer possible*
    Your question is forwarded to our support department and handled through the usual process. 

*The AI assistant can only respond when a clear, content-related Florisoft question is asked. If you don’t ask a “question”, if your question or the answer contains sensitive information, if you request improvement suggestions, ask to speak to a human, or request actions that only Florisoft can perform, you will not receive an AI answer; your question will be forwarded to our support department.

Credits

The AI assistant is an additional helpdesk service within Florisoft, enabling faster answers. Receiving these fast answers is based on credits. Submitting a question costs on average five credits.


Every Florisoft user receives a fixed number of service credits per month. These are valid for one month and expire automatically afterwards. If your credits run out, your question will be handled with the usual speed.


Indicative monthly service credits

The number of credits you receive each month depends on the value of your Florisoft license. The value of your Florisoft license equals the total sum of all Florisoft .Net modules you have purchased. If you are using our SaaS solution, we have calculated your license value by multiplying your monthly fee by 29.


Purchased licenses

  • Licenses up to €40,000 → 5–10 credits
  • Licenses between €40,000 and €100,000 → 11–25 credits
  • Licenses above €100,000 → 26 or more credits

Saas Solution

  • Licenses up to €1,375 → 5–10 credits
  • Licenses between €1,375 and €3,450 → 11–25 credits
  • Licenses above €3,450 → 26 or more credits

Buy extra credits

Would you like to use the AI assistant more often than your monthly service credits allow? You can purchase additional credits. Unlike your monthly service credits, these do not expire.

Launch AI-assistant

The AI assistant will be available starting Wednesday, November 5. From this date, you will receive your monthly service credits and, where possible, your digital questions will be answered by our AI assistant Kai.
