Damage, quality issues, missing quantities, or other irregularities in your products or batches? With the Exception Registration App, you can easily record any deviations—without interrupting your operations or disrupting the workflow!
Exception Registration
The Exception Registration App offers a user-friendly and straightforward way to record deviations that occur during operational processes such as order picking.
Registration with the Exception Registration App is intended exclusively for distributed batches and not for recording exceptions related to inventory parcels.
Examples of product deviations:
- Insufficient quantities
- Poor quality
- Damage
- Missing batches

Registering or handling?
The Exception Registration App distinguishes itself from the existing distribution control functionality in Florisoft by focusing specifically on the registration of product deviations, rather than their handling. This allows the employee to continue picking the remaining products immediately, while the floor manager or salesperson takes care of the handling—such as arranging an alternative with the customer.
Recorded data
For each exception, the following information can be recorded:
- Reason for the exception (selected from a predefined list)
- Adding one or more photos (with zoom function)
- Adding comments
- Specifying the number of deviating units
Exception Handling App
Soon, handling of registered deviations will also be possible through a separate application: the Exception Handling App. This app is currently under development, but until it is ready, you can use the desktop functionality for distributing or proposing alternatives.
Integration with other apps
To ensure your logistics processes run as efficiently as possible, the Exception Registration App can be used both independently and in combination with other Florisoft applications. Thanks to the integration of various solutions, your processes connect seamlessly, running faster, smoother, and without interruptions. Take, for example, the tasks involved in the pick order process. When your employee encounters a deviation, it can be reported immediately through the integration with the Exception Registration App—without having to interrupt their current task.
Further development of the Exception Registration App
In the next development phase, we will work on the feature to register an alternative directly. More information about this expansion will be shared at a later date.
Goodbye to Version Management
To make our applications even more efficient, we have developed a central app that takes version management off your hands. Behind the scenes, the app ensures that all your applications always have the correct version and that updates are automatically executed. Think of it as beautiful piping hidden behind your walls—it's not visible, but it ensures the perfect flow and always fresh water!
Licensing Model
We understand that no two companies are the same, and we believe it is important for all Florisoft users to be able to use our apps. To make this possible, we are busy developing a scalable licensing model, where licenses are provided per user and app. This way, we can keep the entry costs low and serve all our users in a transparent and cost-effective manner.
