Registration of outgoing transport materials
To tackle the challenge of lost returnable packaging, we developed the Returnables App: a user-friendly application that allows you to easily register incoming and outgoing transport materials such as crates, carriers, trolleys, pallets, and other packaging. This registration ensures you always know where your packaging is located.
The App supports both single-use and reusable packaging and is also suitable for unique carriers with their own identification. This allows these carriers to be tracked throughout the entire logistics process, providing greater control and insight into your packaging flows.

Packaging registration in your webshop
In addition to the Returnables Outbound App, a webshop module has been developed for efficient management of your packaging flow: the FloriShop Client Package Registration. With this module, your customers can easily indicate via your webshop which packaging they have received and which packaging they have prepared for return. This data is centrally recorded and provides valuable insight into your packaging management.
Developed based on user needs
The Returnables Outbound App was developed following research among our users. The results showed a strong demand for an efficient way to register and track returnable packaging. Out of seven different applications, the Returnables Outbound App clearly ranked number one among our users.
Roadmap | Phased development
The development of the App takes place in three phases:
- Phase 1 | Outbound – registration of outgoing packaging
- Phase 2 | Inbound - registration of incoming packaging
- Phase 3 | Tracking - Management of locked or unique carriers
The first phase, our MVP (Minimum Viable Product), has now been completed and is currently being thoroughly tested by several users. Based on feedback and improvement points, the App will be refined and prepared for a broader rollout.
